Hi. I am trying to loop through several emails that must be sent with
attached files. I was using the DoCmd.SendObject code, but I have to attach external files, so I am now using Outlook(2000). When I used the DoCmd.SendObject code, the email box would pop up and become modal on my screen until the user clicked send or cancel. However, with Outlook, when I use the .display code, the outlook email appears on the screen, but the code after the .display continues to run. I want to halt the code from running until the user decides what they want to do. Any tips? Thanks. |

Use .Display(True) to make the e-mail Inspector window modal.

Thank you Eric. When I use the .Dispay(True), it does halt the code, but I
do not see the email come up in Outlook. It appears as nothing happens. I would like to halt the code, have the email come up in Outlook so the user can add/append to email and the send from there, but I am not seeing the email appear. Help.. Be careful using modal Inspectors, they often close leaving a "ghost" window
that you have to close manually. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "Steve" wrote in message ...
