Outlook 2003 Contact Form changes when I try to design it
I have not done much form design, so maybe I'm just missing the big picture here, but in Outlook 2003 when I start or open a contact, the contact form has the 2003 look -- the button for a picture, and the notes area is down the right side of the screen.
However, when I choose Tools, Forms, design this form -- the screen flashes and the form that comes up in design mode looks like the Outlook 2002 form -- with no picture button and the notes area is across the bottom of the form. Is this intentional? (why...?) Is it possible to modify the default contact form for Outlook 2003? Thanks so much. Laura |

Yes, it's by design, because the new picture control isn't available to
developers until Outlook 2007. You can't change the behavior. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Microsoft Outlook Programming: Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Laura" wrote: I have not done much form design, so maybe I'm just missing the big picture here, but in Outlook 2003 when I start or open a contact, the contact form has the 2003 look -- the button for a picture, and the notes area is down the right side of the screen.
