Outlook rules
 

Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum, and sorry if its not, but the
general outlook forum wasn't working.
I am trying to create what seems like a simple rule and it just won't work.
The steps are as follows:

1. when a message arrvies, check its subject line for the following words:
Malaysia, Estonia, Indonesia (and three or four other country names).
2. automatically move the message to another folder within the same mailbox

Simple, eh? it works if i run the rules manually, but it won't run
automatically.

The only possible think of as to why, is that up to 4 people may have this
mailbox open at a time. All are using Outllook 2003 on Exchange 2003. It
hasn't stopped similar rules working before.

any ideas?
