Emails are sent to a distribution list that needs a response. Propose that
outlook sent the email out again based on a selection of time (weekly, biweekly, etc.) until a response is received. Propose doing this by having outlook run a macro on a folder that removes people from the distribution list that has responded and continues to send out follow-up automated emails to those that have not. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
