Macros in 2003

I am currently being blitzed with Junk mail and I right click on the
mails I don't want and add sender to blocked send list. I then edit the
junk mail options to remove the senders name and just leave the domain.
This prevents the spammers from using the same domain again and blocks
them out.

I know I can use the delete key but I want to stop getting any more
mails from said addresses and domains.

I would like to add this to a key stroke, for example CTRL J but I am
not sure how to achieve this.

Are there any tutorials on the net which would demonstrate this?
