I saw someone posted something similar but received no solution.
I have a calendar in the public folder used as the Conference Room booking calendar. Different department heads were giving the Author permission, I'm the folder Owner, the executive assistant is the Editor because she needs the ability to cancel any meeting when CEO wants the room. The problem is, whenever I or the exec. assistant view any of the meetings in that calendar, it list one of our names as the Meeting Organizer (depending on which one of us is viewing it). It's been really frustrating because we don't know who actually scheduled the meeting in the public calendar when we need to bump their meeting. Ideas? I've been trying to fix this for over a year, getting really really desperate. Please help. |
