Category separator character?

Hello,

In Outlook 2003 English (US) the catgories are separated with a comma ','
character. In Outlook 2003 Spanish (Spanish) the character seems to be a
semi-colon ';'.

You can see these on a message by selecting one in an Inspector, and looking
at the 'View / Options' categories field.

Does anyone know how to map the language version to what character this will
be?

Ideally a list must exist somewhere, or a setting that may be taken from how
the Windows desktop locale has been set up.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or answers.

PS Bonus points to anyone that knows why this is different per language :-)

Does it match what you see in
Control Panel | Regional and Language Options | Customize | List separator?

Ah - Yes. Thanks very much Dmitry.

Also, in case it helps anyone, here's a link on how to read back the
CultureInfo (C#/.NET) to find out the current one in use (as they can be
customized):
