Disappearing toolbar in Outlook 2000
My Outlook 2000 was starting up very slowly, so I used the Microsoft Outlook
PST repair tool, which reported and fixed only minor errors. (PST file size is over 900 KB) Since then, Outlook is working a little faster, but it keeps losing my personal toolbar. This toolbar contains four macros. The macros are still available, when I open the VBA editor, and I can recreate the toolbar in just a few minutes. But this is getting old. Where is a personalized toolbar stored, and what could be causing it to disappear? |
Disappearing toolbar in Outlook 2000 - UPDATE
UPDATE: I found an article that recommended that I rename 'outcmd.dat', which
supposedly stores the toolbar setup and can become corrupt. It seems to have worked.
