Reference book recommendation?

We are converting from Lotus Notes to Outlook. I currently have an MSAccess
application which uses vba to interface to Lotus Notes. It reads incoming
email, forwards incoming mail, creates outgoing mail including word
attachments, maintains mailboxes - moves emails to folders and/or deletes
emails, etc.

I need to convert the application to use Outlook. Can anyone recommend a
reference book to get me started?
