Default how do i use vba code to move message

My name is Songporn (Apple)from Thailand. I use outlook 2003. I have
2 questions If any one can help me please

1. I would like to create a form with Combo box for choose a folder
where to keep a message I send out. In normal,when I send message it
will save in Send Items folder but If i want to save a send message in
other folder. Can I choose a folder from the list of combo box. Do I
need to write vba code ?

2. In golbal address list, In normal,Show LastName before FirstName.
How do I switch to show FirstName first. Do I need to create new
field.
