When in Week or Month view in the Calendar, how can I get the current range? On the screen, a sighted person says it says "July 29 - August 4, 2007", but how can I get that data via the om?
Same for the month view, please.

You can't really. The CalendarView.DisplayedDates variant array property in
Outlook 2007 should provide that information, but it's buggy. There's
nothing for that in earlier versions of Outlook.
