URL link in an email should "Open in New Window"

When clicking on a URL link in a recieved email in OutLook, it always
highjacks an open IE browser window. There is no option to 'open in new
window' as is found in the IE right click menu for a link on a webpage. Can
Microsoft make email links to always open in a new browser window (or tab) or
add please add "Open in New Window" to the right click menu?
