How can I make Outlook automatically accept Mtg Requests?
Sorry, there's a litte extra that you have to do with Outlook 2003 when you
use macros that are run from a rule: Microsoft Outlook "Object Model Guard" Security Issues for Developers: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm#runascriptrule -- Eric Legault (Outlook MVP, MCDBA, old school WOSA MCSD, B.A.) Try Picture Attachments Wizard for Outlook: http://www.collaborativeinnovations.ca Blog: http://blogs.officezealot.com/legault/ "Tom G." wrote: Eric, Thanks! That worked great. Is there any way to eliminate the security warning that is generated. When it sends the acceptance notice. The pop-up warns me that another program is trying to send an e-mail on my behalf. Can I prevent that only on this specific macro so that it doesn't compromise overall security. Tom G. If possible without replying to the sender. Isee the steps in rules to detect the incoming invite but don't see away to accept the request. I have some experience with VBA in Excel and Access but have never used it in outlook. Would VBA or some type of Outlook script allow me to accomplish this? Thanks Tom G. |
