Default olmailitem from word or excel

I use the script of a new ojbect olmailitem for sending message.

t1 = "total amount"
t2 = "100.000"

htmlbody = .... "trtdTotal Amount:/td
tdstrong45,00/strong/td/tr"
....

I would like to use the variable t1 and t2 instead of wrting
Any suggestions?
