Forms

Im not sure Im in the right area. I want to add a dropdown list to my
email message. I work at a car dealership and we want to send customers
an email with questions and they can select there answer from the drop
down box, then hit reply and it will send the message back to us with
there responces. Is that possible?

Outlook forms are not suitable for that application, both because the recipients might not have Outlook and because of security issues related to custom Outlook forms. Consider using a web page survey instead.
