Default Calendar entries

Hi, I am looking for help for a code for outlook 2007 calendar. I have a
shift rosta shifts 1 to 17 each shift number a different dayshift and
differant night shifts, I would like to enter in the Monday as an all day
event the shift number e.g shift 1, and for the corresponding days in that
week to the Sunday to have an input of 8-8 (for dayshift) or 8-8 n/s (for
nightshift) these will be all day events, Is this possible? may to have a
VLOOKUP Function in code.

Regards

And here I always stop reading your post. If you won't get an answer, you
might want to think about a re-design of your question.
