Default Calander Entries

Help with code. I want to enter into every Monday a shift number to
correspond with data and for auto input into the rest of the week the days
working.

e.g. Monday = Shift 1
which will input the following data Friday Saturday Sunday
8-8 8-8
8-8

Is this possible?? maybe a VLOOKUP Function.

Regards
