Country Code - How can one find it.
Does anyone know where the default country code is stored for Outlook i.e. 1
for US, 44 for England? One of my applications transfers phone numbers to Outlook, however, I ask the user to set the default country code manually. It would be nice to find out the country code for the PC (or Outlook) and then set that as the default on my software. Anyone know where this is stored and how to get to it? |

That information is based on the Windows settings and is stored in the
registry. Google for GetLocaleInfo(), a Win32 API function to see how to get that information in various programming languages. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Professional Programming Outlook 2007.
