I need to create a mass emailing plugin that will take a html page (a flyer)
and fetch something like 6 million emails from a sql server database and
email each one of them in separate emails. Scenario would be like user opens
his compose message box, pastes the html content into the compose message box
and clicks on a button (plugin button) on the compose message box and the
plugin takes the first email and sends the content to the recipient and then
takes the second email and emails the second recipient the same body of the
email and like that to all those 6 million email IDs. Can anyone suggest a
better way of achieving it through outlook?

There are mass mailing addins and also mass mailing software that uses more
efficient means than Outlook. You can check out Outlook related addins like
