Problem publishing the form
 

Hi,

I am having problem with publishing thr form. Before it was working Okay.
When i change the form and publish the form now and send it. I dont get the
sign of note i get the sign of new email and form doesent respond to any of
the actions of buttons on that form.
Before when i use to send the form it use to arrive with 'Note' icon at the
start of the message .

FORM STILL Says IPM.Notes.PCN

Please help.

But do the items created with the form show that message class?
