recurring meetings being automatically set up

I have created several calendar appointments and the recurring meeting option
is automatically being set up on all appointments. Is there a fuction to
turn off this option?

Calander Error

when updating an invitation, adding invitees or adding conf. room #, I get
another error saying that somebody else already modified it and I cannot
change it again.

Shared subfolders cannot be viewed by others

Brian,
I granted permissions when you right click on the calendar goto the
permission tab. It seems to work for the calendar the default calendar but
not for any calendars that were created after...

I have created a subfolder called Meeting Room. First I shared it by putting
in individual names. Then by changing the default to view. When I go to
anothers mailbox to view it I get an error. ...

Day, Work Week, and Week views don't appear correctly
