OE Contacts Folder empty after security update

Any idea if MS is going to fix this error? When I remove the latest security
updates, my contacts content "mysteriously" reappears. I'm not on an HP; I'm
running XP SP2 on a Dell with OE 6.

Any news on getting a fix to this? When I uninstall the latest security
updates, my contacts "mysteriously" reappear.
