How to avoid multiple windows relevant to hyperlinks of e-mail body(Need to c on same page 1 by 1)

It is been ticked marked since months.Yesterday,I have Unchecked
it,checked again,restart but of no help.

How to avoid multiple windows relevant to hyperlinks of e-mail body(Need to c on same page 1 by 1)

Where and which file and how! If I do it for each hyperlink,it will be
more time consuming then even browsing via separate windows.
