Bruce,

As an admin I am only interested in locking things down like:

frequency of retreival, no preview pane, returning read receipts, etc.

When I set up a new account I need to logon as the user...

I want to lock down the OE settings for each user after I have set them, is
this possible? I would also like this to have a template for these settings
for all users, is this possible?

How to create new folder on a different drive?

If it's ok for you to store all of your mail in this one location the easiest
thing to do is to redirect your email store folder to this desired location.
Tools-Options-Maintenance-Store...
