Thanks for your reply, I solved the problem by:

you may need to authenticate with the server. (I'm stuck in a Ramada too and
it's working for me but my SMTP requires authentication)

Ususlly works fine but tonight can't send out in Ramada Inn ?

I checked the filters on one of the workstations having the problem and no
filters are being applied to the view. Is there something in Exchange that
could cause this problem? Both contacts folders...

I have a client that is on a SBS2003 domain running Exchange Server. They
have 2 shared contacts folders. Most or all users are showing different
amounts for total items in those contacts folders....
