Spell Check is now in French

After installing MS Office 2007 our spell check is now only French, how do we
change this? I see that this a known problem, but what is the fix?

I recently updated my WIN 98 SE with KB912812 and KB911562 security updates
and now my Outlook Express hangs upon opening. When I go to ctrl - alt -
del, I see that MSIMN is not responding. ...
