Please help "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient."

The following are excerpts from Outlook 2003 debug logs (connecting to
Exchange 2003).

The first section (Debug of works fine) shows proper operation while
the second (Debug of does not work)...

Please note the two below Outlook logs. The first indicates proper MAPI
operation and the second shows the problem we are having at one
specific account. Hoping that someone can offer advice...
