I was looking for the Holiday list... you posted a resouce for me.. I did
find an individual who created one that is good for 08/09... seems he, too,
still uses - and likes- Outlook...

running TZmove, all app'ts changed.. by one hour...

change in Daylight Savings Time... (Northeast US).
