I am using the latest RIM Desktop Manager software version (4.2.2.14). I do
not know of another patch. When I try to hook up to BlackBerry support, I am
directed to a pay as you go plan for $49.00...

Folders list problem

The Folder List box, when I checked off the box in the Layout window, did
show but doing things this way doesn't close the window once I've chosen the
folder I want to have open. My problem refers...

Folders list problem

As of a few days ago the folders list in Outlook Express (ver 6.0 and I have
Windows XP Home Ed.) will not stay open when I move my mouse cursor to select

can I color code tasks with a category or otherwise make subcatego

I am starting to use the task component of outlook extensively, and I want to
have 5 or 6 large categories, and then several subcategories within them.
For example, for the Category "Next Actions"...
