Thank you Milly, non-regular recurring appointments are exactly what I want
to solution. But ...
WS (what's that) Repeat Appointments cannot be found, is this a standard
feature of Outlook?

Meetings which occur frequently but with no fixed pattern.
How does one set them up on Outlook? There seems to be no custom recurring
facility !
