Anyone KNOW why I can't click ON links from HTML outlook EXPRESS emails?

PS, I checked my firewall and even off, when I click on a link I get
the Admin/My Documents folder that opens, on and when I click on any
link,.....

Anyone KNOW why I can't click ON links from HTML outlook EXPRESS emails?

I click on them and nothing happens.

Sometimes even if something does happen, I get the OPEN my documents
dialog......

basically, I can't click on outlook within outlook express and view
HTML...
