Consolidate multiple archive.pst files..

Dear Friends,
I want to have only 1 archive.pst file but I have multiple archive.pst files
in my disk. Is it possible to consolidate them?
My Outlook version: Outlook 2003 Std.

I have Exchange2003 server. Some of my clients use Outlook2003, others use
