We have one user that wants everyone to have to send read receipts. We
are using outlook 2003 in CW with Exchange Server as the mail services
over citrix thin clients. We now need to investigate this...

If it sometimes displays the edit option to open in excel option and
sometimes doesn't - does this suggest that it is a bug?

that package files are being blocked by Outlook.
