What generates a task error!

I keep getting a task error window that states:
Dominant Waiting in the task queue to be started.
There was an error in loading LMOS information.

What does this mean? Any clues?

If i send an email with an attachment from Outlook Express it sends up
to 48 copies of the email to the receiver. I have scanned the PC over
and over with Norton and ran AVG through it today but no...
