deleting messages

Okay, I found the Store Folder but it only allows me to change where I want
files stored, does not allow me to delete anything, and I don't see Deleted
Items.dbx...where is that?

why will hyperlinks in email not open the url?

In outlook, when I click on a hyperlink, it returns an error:
General failure, url was
http://(url address) system cannot find the file specified.

How do I correct this please?

word wrapping in calendar printing by week, how do I turn it off?

How do I turn off word wrapping, when I print my calendar in the weekly
view? I don't like the way it shifts the appointments over and has a little
"balloon" for the actual time. It is hard to...

When I go to File -export the calendar info it dumps it into a NEW database
- I would like to add it to an existing database with employees names (first
and last name) and the rest...

I have just figure out how to get appt. from Access dumped over to Outlook
but I would also like to be able to get info from Outlook over to ACCESS.
Not sure how to do this?? For examples days...
