As of right now, Microsoft doesn't consider Hotmail Plus a "premium" account
and therefore does not allow you to sync your calendar and contacts
automatically. You have to go to a higher plan...

I would like to suggest adding the functionality into Outlook 2007 to set
reocurring meetings for first and third Tuesdays of the month. My business
has several meetings that occur in this fashion...
