double checked with the boss today, no he is not marking them 'private', and
unless you know something I don't --I thought you had to manually check that
private box to make a new contact private,...

My manager has his contact list set-up to where he is sharing it with me.
However, the list I have does not match the list he has. I am also not
receiving any new entries/contacts that he adds to...
