Copy addresses from To line to a contacts folder

I would like to copy a bunch of addresses from the To line of and incoming
email to a contacts folder...without having to do it one at a time...any
thoughts?

Imported .pst files into Outlook as sub-folders under Contacts. Can't access
to add when using Addressing window Add button...any suggestions?
