No import/export option on menu.

No import/export option on menu.

I am running outlook 2007 and there is no import/export option on the file
menu.
I have unistalled several times and tried typical and several variations on
the custom install.
How ever I loaded it...

I installed office 2007 beta 2. outlook keeps crashing and it won't let me
do a system restore. when I unistalled 2007, it would not let me reinsatll
2003.

HELP!!!!!!
