Add icons or symbols to outlook calendar

Is there a way to add icons or symbols to the calendar. For example, instead

Remove hidden Data Tool Error

Everytime Outlook loads it gives an error message saying "An error occurred
while trying to launch the Remove Hidden Data tool, try reinstalling." What
should I do to fix this? Thank you.

Contents of Draft Folder Missing

Upon boot up of pc today, contents of the Drafts Folder is now reduced to 4
entries from yesterday's date. There were over 1000 entries. I did not
delete them. Are they archieved anywhere ...
