....object not found (and indeed, while the file does "work" (I can store and
retrieve things from the folders within), the file may have correctly been
deleted (previously)

not sure if this would work:

- set your email to send receive at least every 5 minutes (tools / options /
mail setup...)
- create a rule to check for the words "undeliverable -you may need to check...

our small (12 person) office, running an exchange server is running into
"email storage issues"...

generally, appropriate to the nature of the business, the email is stored in
subfolders within...
