Okay, well what do you recommend? I have a contact list of 290 addresses
that I need to send a regular newsletter to. Should I break the list into
smaller pieces? Thanks.

Aren't most distribution lists fairly long, or you wouldn't bother to make it

When I type in the first letters of the person I am sending an email,
addresses NOT in my directory, automatically appear. Some of them are
