Sending email from source Excel spreadsheet

I need to send out a distribution to all of our clients. There email

Synchronising public folder to personal folders

Is there a built in function to do this or any code that can be written?

I have tried a number of 3rd party products and all seem a bit "rubbish".

tasks with a due date in the last 7 days.

Is there anyway I can make this the last 14 days? The SQL the 7 day option

Linking excel into exchange 2003 public folder
