Thanks Sue for taking my lowly question. I though I was looking at
Folder List view but OL help suggested how to turn this on in the
Navagation pane. This solved the problem.

I created a new profile and used Data File Management to add the pst
file that contains my Contact items. When I do that I get a Contacts
folder in the folder tree but the Address Cards do not...

I recently changed laptops and added my Contacts.pst file to my new
profile. However the folder tree view shows a folder of "Contacts" on
the top level, but only Deleted Items and Search Items on...
