look of printed calendars

when printing a weekly calendar I would like to see the times down the side
and the days across the top (allowing me to see open appointment times). How

Name of person setting appointment

Is there any way to get rid of the name of the person setting the
appointment? It takes up too much room on the calendar.

outlook 2000 fails to open with XP media center
