Newsgroup messages are synced with the newsgroup server. If a message is
removed from the server, it will be removed from the newsgroup folder on
your computer.

To use a Hotmail account in Outlook it must be setup as a pop3 account
unless you have Outlook 2003 or 2007 and install Outlook Connector.
