Solved it myself...save anyone wasting their time. Just in case anyone has
the same problem; you need to go to 'Internet Options' Security tab and
'Custom' then 'Display video and animation on a...

I have installed the video email add-in for my Outlook 2003 application. It
worked fine in creating the 'clip' which I tested before including in the
e-mail and sending.
