form's VBscript disabled after the first save

Using "Item.GovernmentIDNumber" instead of
"Item.UserProperties.Find("GovernmentIDNumber", False)" has worked.

You've probably already checked these but..
Have yo looked at both Properties and Advanced Properties?
Also have you tried right-lcicking the text boxes and then selecting edit?

You're rite outlook 97 doesn't have VB editor. Having used Outlook 2003 I'd
say yes its possible to export the emails with dated filenames.
