Outlook 2007 email setup
tried that multiple times. no success. funny thing is that I can't get
Outlook Express to connect either. Both work on the same Cox account from
another computer in the house.

That may be it - when I try to open the address list, I get a message that it
can't open the contacts - that the folder may have been moved or deleted,

I'm importing my address book from Outlook Express to Outook contacts. I
