Do you know if MS has removed Address Book from...

Press Ctrl+Shift+B which will open the "Address Book" window. From the menu
selected File New Entry...

I've created a distribution group via Address Book and it's in Contacts --
How do I share this group with other members of the group? Can I send the
group like one can send a VCard?
